Hi, I’m Ceci!

I’m a women’s empowerment coach specializing in mindfulness, feminine energy, inner work and personal growth. As an author, motivational and inspirational speaker, I’m passionate about helping women step into their power and create a life they love.
For years, I found myself stuck in unfulfilling relationships and situations and living a life I regretted. Deep down, I knew I wasn’t honoring my true potential or becoming the woman I was meant to be.
After raising five children as a single mom, I finally decided it was time to turn inward—focusing on my dreams, goals, self-worth, and peace. That’s when I discovered the power of inner work—a lifelong journey of self-reflection and growth.
Now, at 60, with decades of wisdom shaped by both triumphs and mistakes, I’m here to share the lessons that transformed my life. This journey has become my life’s work, and I’m passionate about helping women step into their highest selves.
